This is going to be an interesting morning :nailbiting:

Ivana surprised me with a +12 of 50/2.8. I stalled 30min and retested, just to make sure she wasn't still dropping, as she hadn't eaten very much dinner or midnight snack. Came back with an AMPS 52/2.9, so I figured all was ok to shoot. Turns out I may have been wrong, as her +2 was 41/2.3! Crap  Gave 2t HC which she hoovered up, and then she went and sat in all the cobwebby corners of the house to hunt spiders, so she must have still been hungry. +2.5 was up a bit at 52/2.9, but I still gave 1t HC anyway to slow the drop that's about to come. I think it's going to be a Neosporin kind of day...

I take this as a reduction, yes? It's her first low since we've stopped doing the 3 drops thing, it would normally have counted as drop #1 of 3. I'm torn between wanting to take the reduction (of course), and knowing that she was probably only low because she hadn't eaten much at all in the cycle before so it may not be a 'true' low, and may still be depot-influenced. But does it still count anyway? Tell me what to do please, oh Wise Ones! A reduction would take her down to 0.1u

Hmm, I'm not one of the wise ones but with a 41 and the fact that she seems to be on a mission....I'd probably reduce. You can always go back up but that's just me. Hope she eats her fuds a little better and the rest of the day is nothing but surfing!

It's only 4 cycles since the last reduction, but that was a result of getting into the 20's. I think I'd try the next dose down and see how she does on it. Is Miss Ivana getting a small snack at +8 to +9 yet? That might help remove any blue preshots.

First shot of 0.1u tonight. This is the lowest dose she's ever been on, I cannot tell you how excited I am! Although I know you all know how exciting it is :woot:

Talked to hubby about it tonight, and both of us cannot believe how well she's been going these last few weeks. Obviously remission would be fabulous, and it's actually in our sights now which we never thought possible (anti-jinx x a million!), but even if she never achieves remission, just being regulated is amazing. If we have to keep shooting her twice a day for the rest of her life, we're ok with that, and I think she is too (ie. more treats). But still, we can hope - right?
