Does anyone here that has this meter also have the data cable and software for it? I couldn't find any info in the manual regarding where to get the cable/software. Anyone know what I can get the data cable and software?

We offer a software to upload the Relion Prime meter. The name of the software is ArkCare. To gain access to the cloud based system, there’s a one-time fee of $29.95 plus a $5.00 shipping and handling for the USB cord.

I don't think it has those....We all just record our numbers in our spreadsheets. There are some meters that have that "high tech" stuff, but I think most of us can't afford the strips for those meters so we don't really deal with them much
 
Oh this is the 9.00 meter and it does support it but i just can't find where to buy the cable or and software
 
I've never seen the software or cables for the Prime anywhere...I know it says "Downloadable Readings" on the box, but it's only sold at WalMart and I don't see any cables or software even available
 
What is the purpose of the software? I think I have the same meter. It has what looks like a headphone jack on the side of the meter.

It is supposed to let you download the information saved on the meter into the software where it makes charts i think. i havent tried it yet i dont have the cable but am trying to locate one.
 
Let me know how it goes, this sounds like a good alternative to starting a SS immediately while still getting the hang of everything else going on.

If you need some help, please ask! There are several here that can set up your spreadsheet for you in a matter of minutes. Once it's set up, it only takes a few seconds a day to enter the numbers as you get them. The color coding is pretty much automatic

Just click on our name under our avatar picture and choose "Start a conversation" so we can get some information from you to set it up

The spreadsheet can be looked at by wonderful, experienced members here on the board. In a crisis it's much easier to plug the number into the spreadsheet and let members "see" at an instance what is going on. The cable and software sounds high techy which is good for your info, but the spreadsheet here will do that and much more - like help in an instant under high stress situations.
