Woke up to Max licking his almost empty plate from last night clean. Then he was drinking when I ignored his meows. After that he went to his box and then he vomited. I debated whether to give him ondansetron but he kept asking for food so he got only his bp med and berbers which he ate without problems(anti-jinx). Since then he was back in his box and left a nice deposit and of course another pee ball. He ate a little cat food so I'll see what he does next.

Sending prayers to Tricia, Cinco, Harvey, Elizabeth, Gus, Doodles, and everyone else in need today.

So far he no more puke. He's eating okay but not great. Before I left for spin class he kept going to his dish and talking but not eating. That's where I found him when I got back. He just ate a little. If his appy doesn't pick up I'll give him some ondansetron tonight. I guess I better not comment on his god appy again I guess I better not comment on his med free good appy again.

Good news is he was out and eating, wanting food! Hopefully the vomits are over and maybe it was a poop thing. Thanks for the extra thoughts Elise and give Mr. Max man extra scritches for me.

I'm glad the vomit hasn't been repeated and he is eating some. Perhaps he was telling you he wants a different flavor? We do know he is Mr. Picky (he sure has a lot of nicknames! :p).

It's good you got out to a spin class. You need to take time for you every now and then.

Sending lots of good appy vines. :bighug:

Thanks for thinking of us. You, Max and your DM are always in my thoughts and prayers.

What is going on? First test 52. Retest with backup 48.i'm waiting and testing again in 20 minutes.

And he ate a little around +10.

Dre is on 2 units.... stranger things have happened?? :D
You haven't hit a year yet. Max was diagnosed 11/2013 but my vet thought he was in remission so he was off insulin for a month and started back in January. He's never gotten below a fat 1.75 in the last year.

Is he feeling better this evening? Eating?

He didn't eat tge cat food so I fave him some Gerbers. I just gave him his fluids and he loved his lamb and chicken treat. I crumbled a little on his cat food and will check in a few minutes to see what he did about it. If he doesn't eat in an hour I'll give him more Gerbers and ondansetron. He should be starving with the low BG.

He ate the food laced with fd lamb and chicken. He's actually been much less picky as I've been experimenting with food. I only shot 15 minutes late.
