OK....I admit I freaked a little when she was at 56 and I had to leave to take DM to PT, so she got a little MC (why do I feel like I'm explaining alphabet soup?....LOL)

After picking DM up, taking her to PT and setting up her pill boxes for the next week, I was able to run home at 6.5....was a little surprised at the 101 (she doesn't usually go up that much from a little MC) but at least it made me feel better turning around to go back and get DM and take her for her hair appointment and lunch!

She's now snoozing next to me on the couch and being a good little girl....guess after all those parties this week, she's pretty pooped!

Got our dental rescheduled for next Thursday the 24th. Will be hoping for no fog that morning!!

Did finally get her bloodwork for the last several years on her spreadsheet too. Has me totally stumped! The SDMA is supposed to be the "state of the art" test for early kidney damage and it's within normal limits, but her BUN is high and her creatine runs between too high and just high :confused:

Sometimes they do things that are convenient like pop up to 101 so you can continue to be out. Is the 56 the lowest she's been in a while? Wondering if it's a combo bounce and the MC food? I went to look at the SS but don't see 2016 only 2015.

Duh, I am blind today! I clicked on the 2015 and didn't see that 2016 was right next to it

That's OK...I meant to remove the 2015 after awhile anyway....made sense to leave it at the beginning of 2016 but it's old news now. I still have all her spreadsheets saved in Google if there's some reason I need to go back and look at them (I occasionally look back when we first started just to see how far she's come....lol)

All her older spreadsheet links are on her profile page too

I did look and the answer to my question was NO, she's been that low lately......what the heck with these cat? Are you using calipers? I am starting to think that I am getting a big discrepancy from syringe to syringe.

Oh....sorry about that! I meant to answer your question too!....Oh heck no...China loves living "on the edge".....LOL

She hasn't done it in awhile, but she used to spend hours going back and forth between 49 and 51 :banghead:

No, we don't use calipers, but I have a pretty good "feel" for when the shot it right (so far anyway)...but you're totally right....syringes are awful when it comes to consistent markings!!

I just looked at your 2016 ss and loved seeing all the greens and blues. China doesn't seem to bounce much at all after low numbers. Great for her! And while we are doing alphabet soup games what is her NV food? I keep looking for other food choices for Marmy in the low carb (less than 10) range because she gets tired of the DM but I don't like the high Phos. In some of the FF choices.
Re: your CBC results we have a CKD kitty, Sweet P who has similar ranges in the BUN and creatine categories. She is doing a little better of late on Max cat food and a herbal dose of Tipsy.

what is her NV food

Natures Variety Frozen Raw chicken medallions (she won't eat their "bites")

It's low phosphorus and low carb too

She still has mini-bounces, but she doesn't bounce near as high as she used to! It really is true that the more you can keep them in normal numbers, the more their body learns to accept that it's OK to be there and not react so crazy!

The BUN is food influenced and is common in diabetics to run high. The creatinine actually went down. I thought you had said it was 2.5. Combined with the normal SDMA, I would not be worrying about her kidneys right now. :)
