Was really hoping her numbers would be better today, but alas, it's not to be :(....maybe tonight

We did start a new exercise program this afternoon....spent about 20 minutes trying to get her to chase "Da Bird", but we did it in the spare bedroom (so I could concentrate on just her playing and not try to deal with all three cats chasing it at the same time) and the carpet in there is different than the rest of the house and I think she kept getting her nails "stuck" .....so our next big adventure is trimming those nails a bit!!

I've also reduced her FF by about 1/2, but she gets a few of her Orijen Wild Boar treats (3 or 4) along with it. Need to call the Orijen company and see if they have a calorie count on their treats!

Hopefully we'll see some better results getting rid of some of that extra "fluffiness" by adding more exercise as well as less food

Of course she's not at all happy about it, but she really needs to lose some weight.

Hoping we get bloodwork results tonight or tomorrow so we can make sure it's safe to go ahead and do the dental next week.

Looks like we're in for some good old fashioned spring thunderstorms tonight! (which is good...we need the water!!)

Hope you're all doing well and your kitties are being good!

Hear that, China? Your exercise program has started. We're all rooting for you to lose a few ounces (not too fast, however!).

Yo Deputy China, Come back to the lagoon and swim some laps while you're watching over the kitties!

At this point, we're looking at needing to lose pounds, not ounces....she's gained a little over 2lbs since she had that URI back in October :eek:.....and she was "too fluffy" back then!!

We're looking at needing to lose about 5lbs to get her back to her "fighting weight"

I am however liking this +3 a little better than most of the numbers I've seen lately!
