Yesterday

Last night Bubba continued to go up all night which made me think I had given a fur shot. But this AM he had dropped 77 points from the +9 last night so I feel confident it was not a fur shot and I think @Gill & George and @Andy & Pimp were correct when they responded on my thread from yesterday that he could be bouncing from the 39 from Saturday night. Didn't think that one through at 2:30 AM :banghead: and he usually bounces right away. But I forgot, we are dealing with a feline. ;)

Hmmmm...he started the bouncing after the skipped shot and the back-to-back reducies.....I wonder if that combination drained the depot a little bit too much??? Maybe someone else will have a better idea, but hopefully those bounces will settle down soon. Have a great day, Bobbie!

That is a big pink number for green Bubba. Hopefully some gurus will have some wisdom to impart. I still think he might be adjusting to the new dose after the 39 and the skipped shot but if he doesn't settle down today Then I'd think it might be a failed reducie. But Bubs always surprises us so I'm not making any predictions for this cat because he likes to rise to any and all challenges...:p

I agree with Serryn.....I think too many close reductions. Time will tell but I sure wouldn't sit on this dose long if you don't see some good numbers by tonight cause if he bounces, he clears them fast. If he doesn't, I think he needs more juice.
+5.5-227 so he is coming down. When you say good numbers do you mean greens ? Say he is in the blues at PMPS should I just hold the dose?

+9.5 -207 @Jill & Alex (GA) , We might see a blue for PMPS. Is this a failed reduction? And is a blue PMPS enough to hold this reduction dose or should I increase at PM cycle? I'm not clear if this is bouncing or a failed reduction.

Casting another vote for too fast a reduction. However, you did skip only 5 cycles ago, so you even if you had been shooting the same dose, you wouldn't have a full depot. It does make it harder to figure out what this dose is capable of. I think I'd hold the dose tonight, and if you don't see green, increase in the AM.

Okay, thanks so much for weighing in Wendy. That sounds like a plan. It's very hard to tell what's what with all the different variables happening in such a short amount of time. ;)

I agree with Wendy. Figuring this one out is a little trickier than usual. However, I'd like to add to what Wendy said because most of us won't be up when you shoot in the morning...

If Bubba hasn't shown you some green by morning, but he's dropping into shot time and it looks like he's close to going green, I'd hold the dose. If he's not showing any promise of going green, I'd return to 2.5 units.

ETA: Monitor like crazy... no matter what you do tomorrow because sometimes Bubba does what he wants to do. :)

Okay. Glad you gave me some guidelines for my decision in the AM. Thanks so much! :)
You're welcome.

The high numbers are hard to swallow because they're not Bubba numbers, but I'm really not sure how this will play out. We have several variables at play (all at the same time). For some reason, my gut is telling me the 2.25u dose might be fine once the dust settles, but my gut's been wrong before. Let's see how things go...

Looks like he is already coming back down nicely - almost blue by +9.5. Maybe he is just planning a dramatic dive into the lagoon???

I'm sorry I didn't get back to you....had to talk to your painting contractors and then we left for the afternoon so I'm glad you got some answers.

You did what i meant.....if he was dropping into blues at PMPS, I would have also given him the chance to get into green tonight and decide from there on the dose. I hope he makes his way down to green tonight!
