Doodles Lion Cut I decided to hold off on using the new insulin since his PMPS was 227 which is the lowest he's been in a month. Was hoping for a much better AMPS this morning but he could actually be bouncing a little. My alarm for 2:30am did not get me up.

Last night he got up on lounge chair and was on the kitchen table Since it's been a month that he's gotten on any furniture I was happy to see it even if not my first choice of spots. Civie Moo is watching him from a distance...happens every time he goes for a bath/haircut. Hopefully by tonight she'll get over it

I have an internal alarm clock which now wakes me up around 4:30 so that I can get up at 5:00 to open Boomer's auto feeder. I have been doing this for about a week now and not once have I actually been asleep when the alarm goes off
I too was hoping Doodles would be lower this morning but maybe it's just too soon. Did you use the new insulin this morning or the old stuff?

Used the old stuff last night. I'm up at 4:40am for his morning t/f/s. Since I didn't get my nap after PMPS last night I conked out at PM +5. My theory is he may have hit a high blue and I also know he doesn't eat much overnight like during the day.

Funny about Moo with Doodles Lion cut. My dog Ricky does that to Lucy when she come back from the beauty pallor. Not only do the look different but, they must smell different too.

Since I never made it back on the board yesterday, I just went back to look at Doodles' pictures and he is ADORABLE in his lion cut! Sounds like he is feeling pretty good about himself too.

I hope that he will start to head back down for you today.

Looking at his SS, it's the biggest 3-hour drop in quite a while. Fingers crossed that this is a sign for better things to come.

Thanks, he loves it. My bad for letting him go so long but it's been cold. I bought 1 pen but did not start it yet.

It's movement we haven't seen in a month. I'll do a backflip for a blue. The vet said not to expect much in his numbers for 7 days. We're on day 5 of the Covina shot. We all know Doodles is slower at everything than normal cats
