Morning All, :coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee:

Hugs and vines to all in need.
Still having tech issues with our wifi router, problem is intermittent so posting now while I have a chance.

George is doing great all p's in place, this mornings 102 made me slightly nervous, still a good number but a tad higher than he had been before, I feared the worst since it is cycle 3 on the reducie, but I think he was just messing with my head and his +2 showed him back to 69 and has been surfing there all morning:D:D:D

I have him booked in for a vet visit tomorrow for routine Blood Work including a T4 baseline, 10 am it's when the clinic opens, we start our day at 7, so it won't be a fasting test is this a problem for any of the tests? (obviously the glucose test, but that is pretty much irrelevant, I think, with a the testing I do) we are having a complete BW would the fact that it is not fasting be a problem for any other tests, vet said not, but just want to double check, want to get this right it's an hour round trip to the vets and BFG is not a fan of travel?

I wouldn't worry about it not being a fasting test. It may effect a couple of values but this is a routine visit and not because you're concerned over a specific health concern. Most of the tests I've gotten over the hears have not been fasting. Frankly, with a diabetic kitty, I'd rather have a few lab values be slightly off than risk shooting without any food on board.

Thanks Sienne.

I wouldn't fast unless there is a very specific test that absolutely requires it such as a 6 hour fast for disbetics for specfPL. But if you are just doing routine labs, I wouldn't fast if it were my cat.

I agree with everyone else. Good luck with the vetty appointment tomorrow.

Yo Deputy George, I'm in the deep end right now, so keep your eye on the middle of the lagoon. OK? Nice start to your cycle.
