Gosh what I wouldn't give for a dull moment.

My out the door test did not bode well for Lincoln surfing well. I am still waiting on the boss for our office meeting. If he isn't here in 15 min I think I will need to make a run for home for a quick +3. I don't know if I can trust waiting for +4

Lincoln has been CRAZY hungry for the last day or two. He is back to wolfing so fast he is biting the plate. He paws at Otto trying to break into the later feedings and I can hear him pushing that big ol' feeder around the room when I am downstairs. It doesn't matter how many plates I put in him, he just keep wolfing it down. I was thinking maybe he is like a person on a low carb diet, I reintroduced more carbs lately with all these 40s and now he is never satisfied again.o_O

There was only about 20min between the 3 and +3.5 tests, just enough to go test Ani and give him some pets, get some higher carb food into Lincoln, and then retest before back out the door. Hopefully that carb boost holds a little while. His feeder turns at +4. Usually that surfs him.

Really looks like Lincoln saw the menu at the falls and is at a sprint to get there.

If Lincoln is going down the 40's, why did he get an increase? Sorry if I missed something along the way.

Surf for the afternoon Lincoln, so fostermom can get some work done!

He did not. His dosecrease was another decrease. He's had 3 dosecreases down in less than a week.
Excellent! Sorry, I read it as an increase rather than a decrease. Guess he's in race to go OTJ! Has he plumped up a bit? I know you said he was underweight when he arrived. You also said he was moving like an older cat. Now that he's doing better, is he acting a little more youthful? He certainly sounds talkative.

Has he plumped up a bit?

A bit might be an understatement! He is over 11lbs now, came in at 6. He will probably always look skinny in the butt and walk like an old man, just the way he is build. I call him my baboon 'cause he looks like a little long-legged baboon :) He is VERY energetic and loves to play so he i probably not a senior. I keep forgetting to check his file when I am at the shelter to see what they have him guessed at.

Yeah, we call increases and decreases the same, and who'd have thought Lincoln would be earning decreases!:woot: He really has changed on a dime.

Note to self and sugar cats - coming home at this time of the day is a bad idea. It is school bus time. Ack!!

Looks like both kids might be safe enough for me to get to work until PMPS. <anti-jinx, anti-jnx>
