Looking for some more input on Shadow's numbers. I'm thinking I need to increase the dose again (I have been holding a little longer than the 3 days because I like to increase the dose on a night when I have the next day off so I can monitor him more)

We are going to the vet on Friday. She seems to think when he has numbers in the 300s it's because he has dropped too low the cycle prior. But, I feel like I have enough data to say that's not the case. She wants me to skip the dose if he's below 150.......

Then she through out insulin resistance or pancreatitis.

Any input? Should I keep the course and continue with our increases?

Just a suggestion, you might want to move this over to the Lantus forum as there are usually more eyes there and I'm not a Lantus user so I can't help you.
