Glad to ear she is eating and I hope this will bring her back down. I'm also glad the clavamox didn't make her sick but it could have caused the inappetance.

Did you say you are talking to the vet today?
 
yes, I wish it could be a little lower though, I know I am going to have to figure out how to give between 0.25 and 0.5, because 0.25 is apparently too little and 0.5 too much. She would be best getting in the low 100's, at least that is how I think it works.

With an insulin like Novolin N, it might be safer to have a target nadir in mid-high 100s; more of a safety buffer for the unexpected.

Is Novolin N U40 or U100? Also, which syringes are you using?
