Well, ITF won out and I pulled the trigger this morning and increase her dose back up to 1.75
I considered a F 1.5 but decided that I'd go ahead and do the .25 increase and then if she needs less, work on learning to be consistent with calipers to reduce back down a drop or two at a time
At this point, it's more of a "gut feeling" and knowing China as well as I do
Hopefully this will get her numbers back down into mostly greens and then we can work on holding reductions again
Probably need to get her in for another dental too...it's been a little over a year since her last one, but (once again) money is an issue....Last year's cost me about $750 which is more than I make in a month. If it weren't for some very wonderful friends who donated to fundraisers for China, I don't know how I'd ever have paid for the last 2, so I suppose as much as I hate doing it, I'll have to try again
I was hoping the vet that has done her last 2 dentals would offer a special deal for February since it's National Dental Month, but they said they don't
I've been fighting with myself over whether it's worth trying to find another vet that does offer a discount or sticking with the vet that's done the last 2 because at least I know she's done well
Anyway, wish us luck with the dosecrease and I hope all your kitties are feeling wonderful!!
