First Day of Testing

So today I went and bought Comet's glucose meter so I can quit going through this blind. I also switched her from dry MD to Wellness wet GF at dinner tonight. She goes back for a curve on Tuesday and all the instruction the vet gave me until then was to keep her on 1u every 12 hours with dry MD. He didn't ever tell me to start testing prior to next week. I just felt like I needed to get ahead of this before I see him again. I am unsure what numbers should look like throughout the day and was hoping you guys could provide some feedback so I can learn.

As a recap:
Nov 7: 387
Dec 21: 477 (dx date)

Dec 31:
Feed (dry MD)/Shoot (1u) 6:30AM
Bought Meter
1st Test (so nerve wracking!!) 3PM: 423
Test/Feed (wet Wellness)/Shoot (1u) 6:30PM: 384
Test 7:45PM: 406
Test 9:30Pm: 348

Congratulations Lauren! You're doing so well, right off the bat! This can be a bit of an emotional roller coaster... So don't worry if you hit bumps in the road, or things don't go well, like getting his ears to bleed easily... It all just part of it!
