I dunno.
Miss Polly's feeling a little punk today. Oh she's eating with fury but she's just sort of hanging out in a bit of a droop! Nicely diagnostic medical terms, huh? I'll watch through the weekend and if she doesn't perk up, we'll go see the vet again next week.
Scared the breath out of me at wake up time today. First, she wasn't on the bed! Second, she was in the bathroom but NOT in her cupboard safe spot. She was on her side on a towel right in front of that cupboard door which is always left a bit ajar. She got one of those are-you-breathing stares. She was.
Scooped her up, walked across the room to her testing vanity and looked her over, pressing here and there to see if she had any "ouch" spots. Nope. Set her down, watched her walk, tail down. So, yes, she was feeling puny.
Turned out Rowsie had usurped Polly's safe spot in the cupboard. My guess. Spider hunting this morning! Or mouse patrol. Who knows, maybe Polly was just eye-locked at some target all night and is just pooped out! Errrr. Maybe not.
Appys good; ok box behavior. Breathing steady and a good rate. Pink where she should be pink.
Perk up Poll. Please.
Vines and wishes.
