Any thoughts on this NEW PATTERN of having a HIGH@PMPS? Not understanding except there would be a delay in the insulin decrease stabilizing again but she has never had a HI in the PMPS since testing. And she always went down from the RED in amps to the pmps. Trying to understand and perhaps it is her first real spike in the evening cycle and she will really come into good numbers tomorrow? Feel like I am reading a crystal ball.

yeah, that's a pretty ugly black pmps in there tonight, isn't it?!

My first thought is that it might be the high before she clears the bounce from the 81 on 11/18. Counting forward from then, tonight is 3 days. Some cats go really high before they clear a bounce - so I would test this evening about +4 and see if she is coming down.

I'm not positive about that, though. Bounces can be tricky to see in some cats, and the blue 152 last night could say that she cleared the bounce last night and this is a new bounce since then. So . . . I'm uncertain.

However, the most important numbers are the low ones - the high ones pass. I'd hang in there and see what you get tonight.
