Does anyone here supplement with B Complex vitamins or vitamins in general? I can't find anything without sugar in the ingredients. My cat has both CKD and diabetes. CKD cats, as I understand, lose a lot of B vitamins through urine because they urinate so frequently. Anything I find recommended for CKD doesn't work for diabetics.

On Tanya's CRF site, they recommend Jarrows B-Right for CKD cats, as Merlin already mentioned.
Oh, I just saw Larry gave you the link already. ;)

Thanks for the replies and links everybody! I'm doing vitamin B-12 injections now. Wow, the thought of insulin injections caused me a lot of anxiety, I can't believe I'm actually doing that and B injections also! I read on Tanya's that Jarrows B-Right may have sugar in the ingredients but it sounds like Merlin has used it with no issues. I'll try it.

Merlin, did you start phos binder for your cat at phos level 6? If you don't mind me asking, which binder are you using.

Merlin's phosphorous is at 5.7. He just got tested 7/31/15. Yes I know that B-Right has sugar in it. I just figured that it is helps his kidneys and I sometimes don't give it to him and I don't really see that much of a difference maybe 20 points if any.

6 is the target for phosphorus. A LOG (aluminum hydroxide) is the best binder.
