Balking at testing time

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if any of you have had this experience. My TimTim is really good about testing except for last Saturday. My sister was here, and I wanted to teach her to test. Tim balked, but did let me test. No problem since-except today. Sissy was here and I needed to test-Tim balked. I tried soothing him, but even with his scarf wrap around his tummy, he wanted nothing to do with it. Of course, I did not force him. Obviously, he is a private tester! Since I could not test, I did not shoot. Tonights pmps was 268, lower than I expected it would be.

Does your cat balk under certain circumstances?
 
Snick had only been tested or shot with either just me or my husband. She used to be fine with either one of us doing them but now she only let's me do them. I haven't yet had to test or shoot in front of other people yet. Tomorrow we will find out because she is going to my mom's for a while and I will have to test and shoot her there.
 
Awww, thanks! I name almost all my animals after food, lol. I have a hamster named Filbert, which is a nut (and fits him, he is a nut), and my beta fish Cheeto just passed away.
Your baby is a cutie, too!
