I am testing with AlphaTrack 2 - Vet says to test in an hour and dose according to schedule (I have a scale based upon how she tests and how she is eating that determines the amount to give her in her shot.) She is on Lantus. Also she had a pancreatic panel done late last week after fasting and the results indicate that she may be anemic. Anyone else had a kitty that needed B12 supplementation via injection once a week?

We strongly advise using a fixed dosing regimen with Lantus and Levemir. These insulins have overlap between the doses. When you shoot more, there is more overlap and the next time you end up shooting less, and going back and forth like a tennis match. These insulins work much, much better with a stable dose.

Yup. Sometimes it takes 6 cycles (3 days) for a new dose to even show its true colors. Luna has proven this to me many times.
