Can someone check Casey's spreadsheet. I haven't been able to shoot the last two nights because I felt she was too low. This morning I only gave her a tiny dose..a drop .. And she was 164 at pmps and 159 20 min later. I am afraid to give a shot tonight and I am not sure what to do.

She is looking really good, Terry. One of the ways to deal with numbers like these is to chase the dose. It only works if you can be around. So IF you'd want to, test until you get to your target (180/190) and give her a drop. Then tomorrow, do the same. Don't shoot until she is at your target. This means you most likely will be shooting off a 12/12 schedule. You might show at +15 one day, +18 the next. It means a lot of testing but usually doesn't take too long to get her into OTJ numbers. Several people in the remission thread did this.

That may not work with your life at all. If not, then I'd say skip tonight and keep doing what you are doing. Eventually she will not need even a drop (anti jinx)

I have to work tomorrow so I won't be able to chase it. I do have off next week so I could try it then. How often would you test?

You have to play it by the numbers. So if you get a 150 for a preshot, then maybe give it an hour and see if he is up to your target. If not, give it another hour. You do have to feed as usualwhich complicates things.

Thanks a lot, Sue. I'll give it a try. I ran a curve on her a week ago and sent it to the vet. She wanted me to continue on the .5 dose for two weeks and then bring her into the office so they could do a curve and see how accurate my numbers are. I don't really want to spend $180 for a curve and I am now afraid that the stress will throw her levels off. I could just explain to them that I can't afford it.

That should work. There is no reason to have the vet do a curve. You're right - the numbers won't be as accurate as yours and there is no need to spend the money.
