dropping to fast

OK good....as long as he stays above 50, a teaspoon or two of his regular low carb food should encourage him to stay in those nice numbers, but if he should drop below 50, that's when you'd want to give him a teaspoon or 2 of high carb food like the "Gravy" off of a "Gravy Lovers" food....the gravy part is where the carbs are, not so much the meat, so we try to just use the gravy. It also doesn't fill them up just in case their numbers drop back down below 50 and we need them to eat again.
 
it'll really help going forward if you'll add some information to your signature box...things like
your name & cats name
date of diagnosis
Type of insulin
Type of meter,
What are you feeding?
Any other health issues?
Where you live.....just city/state

I am trying to figure this all out. I will have to wait til morning to put that in. I thought I already did on the introduction thing.
 
I think you might be fine waiting another 2, but I think I'd try to get one more test in an hour and just make sure he's not coming back down....if he's still heading up then, you can safely sleep the rest of the night
 
No, we want that info in your signature box (like if you look in ours below any of my comments, you'll see "the story of China" and it's always there any time I comment so people don't have to ask the same questions over and over again. It's very easy

You just click on your name up along the top right side and a box will pop down...one of the choices is "signature"...that'll bring the signature box up for you to add the details you want there

I think I did it correctly. I just added my info and Jakes.
 
Lol...Thank you Julia. I will get the hang of this. I just relized we can all see this post so I do not have to answer you both individually lol.. thank you both for all of your help. Have a good night or morning at this point. :)
