YESTERDAY:

Max really made me work last night. The bounce hasn't started yet so I shot his reduced dose this morning. It's been six months since his last labs so I called for a vet appointment for next week and there was only one time that would work. I like to make them for the first or second after lunch but had to take an 11:30 Tuesday. Hopefully I won't have to feed him up until I have to see my vet. I'm debating whether to change it to the following week. Thoughts about timing and food and labs appreciated. Before FD I tried to get at least an 8 hour fast.

Vines and prayers to all in need with the usual extras. Time for :coffee: and then I need to decide if I need to cancel my spin bike. Class is at 9 and Max was dropping at that time last night.

I fed Chi Chi at +3 before her labs at about +8, and her results were great, if that helps. Good luck on the reduction!

That is what I usually do. Last time Max dropped and had to be fed up until I left though. His current appointment is at +5 so labs would be at +5.5 as he runs late.

Max, your SS is always so good to look at. All that lovely green.
Hope you can sort of the vet visit and food.

The reason I worry about feeding him is he once had a lipemic blood sample and it can mess with the lab values. Hopefully that won't happen again. Once that happened I always fasted him at least eight hours until FD.

Oh man, he really made you work for it last night! Wow. Hope you get a little rest tonight (and you got to take your spin class this morning).

Patricia, I had to cancel my bike by 8:25 and I wasn't sure what Max would do so I didn't go. I woke with a headache so might have blown it off anyhow. I'm going to take a long walk now with my friend and her golden.

Max, you sure know how to wear your bean out!! Take it easy on her tonight, okay?

Uh, Elise, I know you have a headache and are tired, but you might want to take a look at your subject line. I think the +5 and +6 readings are a little off. ;):p

Sending anti-headache vines.

I hope they're more than a little off - otherwise we have a new diving/bouncing king that has just blown everybody else right out of the water!

Congrats on the reducie :D although I must say I prefer Purrdy's style of doing this one during the day ;)

Wow Elise!! What a night you had!!

Considering how low he went, that's not a bad bounce this morning either....and look at him breaking it!!

Be good tonight Max and surf safely...Mama needs some rest!!

Oh my. Max, there are easier ways to get reductions.

Nothing's easy with your boy, is it. Here's hoping for a comfy post-bounce surf so you can get some sleep tonight.

Thanks everyone. Am I the only one that has trouble updating the numbers in the subject line using an iPad? It never lets me put the cursor at the end of the line. Maybe I just have too many tests.

He just surprised me yet again with a 95 PMPS. Maybe he will bounce tonight or tomorrow.

Looking so good Max :D

I have the same problem updating from the iPad unless the cover keyboard is charged and I'm using that. With the iPad keyboard I can't find a button to get me to the end of the line once there's too many test entries.

Thanks Serryn. I don't have a keyboard or cover that charges so it's hard to get it in the right place. I think I just won't post all tests.

I can't nap. I'm not a good sleeper. I used to take lunesta to get some sleep and even that only bought me about five hours. I stopped after being awakened and having to drive to my mom's to persuade her to go to the ER a couple years ago. Max was doing better again until last night. Three low hours was just too much. Hopefully he will surf now.
