Furball was happy & purry this morning. It was nice to see blue last night. There were three people shooting off fireworks last night. I couldn't drown it out because one was right behind my house. Some of those booms were like loud thunder. It didn't bother Furball and MC too much thankfully. I'm so tired. Someone decided to shoot more off at 12:30 and woke me up from a good sleep. I'm going btb.
 
Don't you just want to get some fireworks of your own to let off one night when you're up with Furball and they're sleeping... oh that's probably just me that thinks like that, grumpy vengeful thing that I am! Hope you're having a nice btb :) It's good to see the fireworks didn't bother Furball too much, looks like she almost thought about starting the day in blue too :cool:

The annoying neighbors who used to firework the dickens out of us moved during the year. Sure did make a difference. Well, that and the increased police patrols! And that's more about the drought danger than the noise nuisance.

Happy to hear that Furball was happy & purry this morning. :)

I hear you on the fireworks.
We have firework shows 3 times a year, every year, just a few blocks from where I live.
Windows vibrate, and car alarms go off.
I try not to complain about the event other people look forward to, but really why can't they do it somewhere else away from residential area?

Hope Furball comes down to blue again tonight.
 
We wanna see some blue tonight, Furball. Pretty please with a mouse on top?
A big pffft (raspberry) to the fireworks freaks. How inconsiderate to keep it up half the night.

Strange numbers for Furball today. She still has the sniffles. I wonder if it is affecting her numbers? I gave her a 1/4 tablet of Zyrtec.

We had those fireworks going well past midnight here too. Somehow I managed to sleep through most of it. :eek:

Furball has a roller-coaster of yellows and blues today. I hope she will wind up today with blues. Sorry you have the sniffles Furball, hope you feel better tomorrow.

I couldn't believe how many people were shooting off fireworks around here late last night. There were a LOT of illegal ones, too, all over town. Considering the whole state is a fire waiting to happen, I just don't understand the level of ignorance. Then there's the annoyance factor... Luckily, my kitties didn't seem to be too bothered. I'm glad yours weren't, either.

Sending healing vines for Furball's sniffles. C'mon down to blue, Furball!
 
There's a lot of us Grumpy Bears today, our neighbor's had their party going until 1:00AM.:rolleyes: Hope you were able to catch a nap today. Vines for Furball- my allergies are bad right now, it's grass pollen and probably smoke from the fireworks.
