AMPS 436

Haven't posted for a couple of days.
Sheba managed well with the 3 dose reduction to keep her safe while I was not here. And with the second dose back at the correct amount, she had a couple of hours in green, so recovered well.
However she went up into the reds late last night and still there this morning for some reason. Can't see where she could have bounced so who knows!

Grandparents day at the school went well. We have 5 grandchildren at that school so had quite a bit to see and get through. They are so delightful at that age. Three of our grandchildren had their other grandmother there as well and she came around with us..she is lovely.

The memorial service for my DS's BIL, and our friend, in the afternoon was actually a lovely service. The large church was packed. He had a very interesting life and spent much of his working life O/S in banking.. He really was one of the nicest people I have ever met......His son and daughter both live O/S and have come home for the funeral and to help their mother. As you do at functions like that, we saw a lot of people we knew/family. Days like that are exhausting.

Vines to all kitties and beans in need.

I wonder if Sheba is seeing a little bit of New Dose Wonkiness last night and today. If so, it's pretty spectacular. At least she was safe while you couldn't monitor.

Grandparents day sounds fun, but tiring. I'm sure the kids appreciated you being there. I'm glad the service was full of good memories and friends/family. It helps to say goodbye on a good note. :bighug:

Sorry about your loss, Bron, but it sounds like you gave him a good sendoff and I'll bet he was happy to see all his loved ones getting together and reminiscing.

Oh dear Bron, hope Sheba soon comes down for you soon, sounds as if she has lots of kitties trying to help rescue her. Glad to hear you had a good time at the grandparents day and that the memorial service went well. Nice to meet up with old friends and family and share fond memories.

@Vyktors Mum
It wasn't me that pulled him up...I is back down here.......he got me down and then went off to rescue Cwystal...... and Shadow he was shooting arrows at the balloon to pop it and he did!!!! And I came back down! Woooosh!
I is sorry Purrdy is stuck up there now....maybe we should get a rope and get him!

She sure does get some wonky numbers when you change her dose Bron!

She did something similar back at the end of May when her dose was dropped so you could get some sleep, didn't she?

Hey Sheba!! Get off the trampoline!! If you don't want to slide into the lagoon, how about skiing??

Chris....I dare not show Sheba the skis. I have trouble enough with her diving back down without the skis as well!

Looks like Sheba is finally coming back down. Don't know why she was there in the first place.
It was lovely to see old friends and family ........how often is it at a funeral?! We really should try and have more get togethers with family and friends.
It was a really tiring day though
