Increasing dose again

I probably should have increased Lucy's insulin dose a few days ago and I would have liked not to miss two morning doses this week but due to my own medical issues and appointments there was not much I could do about it. I have to travel quite a distance to appointments and so had to leave home early. I think the increase in dose is warranted so I did that tonight and increased the dose from 1.5 units to 1.75 units. Lucy is well in herself and has no diabetes symptoms except when we skipped a morning dose twice this week. I haven't posted much lately as I have been very tired due to my own health issues. I hope everyone and their kitties are doing well and healing prayers for all who need them. Thank you for reading my update.

Good to see you Voula.
It is hard I know when you have appointments etc and they are a distance away. You can never rely on the Drs being on time. All we can do is our best. Lucy sounds like she is well....that is good news. I hope you are feeling a bit better soon.

Thank you Bron. Yes doctors are hardly ever on time with their appointments and it is also often hard to get appointment times that suit us too. But we do the best we can as you said. Hugs to you too. :bighug::bighug:
