Yesterday, Neko finally started to work this dose.

I hate seeing low numbers when I test as I get ready to go rowing. Neko however, really likes it because I pop a can and she gets a canned food treat. Since they are on raw - canned food is really exciting for both the kitties. This time it looks like I got the amount right - so often I overdo it and she's high at AMPS time.

It's another sunny day in this very unusual May. Might have to water the veggie garden again. But the cats are as usual taking the advantage of the warmth. Happy campers both.

Off to the dentist for me soon - only fair as I dragged Neko to acupuncture yesterday.

It's so interesting watching Nekos numbers. I don't ever recall him being this low. I glad he is showing green!

Hope the dentist went well! All I have in is potatoes so far so hopefully I can get some more things in this week. I planted peonies from a major nursery 5 years ago and they surprised me and came up this year. Glad I didn't give up on them.

Hope you had a good dental and a good row. Our weather is so cold and windy. Frost expected tonight and tomorrow and Friday, too. Another paddle is scheduled for Friday, but the leaders will probably cancel unless these fierce winds let up. Whitecaps on the little lake in town today!

Looking good there Neko!! I know what you mean about that PMPS +9=54! Tiger likes to do that to me too, and she's not even on Lev(and probably why I don't want to switch!) Hope you had a good day despite the dentist appt!

The day got away from me, but fortunately Neko had her blue shoes on. A friend signed me up for a course on making fabric buckes, which was tonight, and I wanted to be fancy with the prep work. The only machine I was on was the sewing machine. DH was in charge.

Anne and Liz are in town and back from their cruise.

Linda, Suki, Carla, Ella, Rhiannon, Ruth, Patricia - As usual, Neko has a strong preference for green at night. I expect a bounce is in the offing. I've got enough data on Neko to know that I probably didn't need to give her HC at +9 and she would have kept on surfing to PS, but I wasn't going to take any chances with being away. Both kitties love their raw food, but they think of the can as a special treat. They like mixing it up. Dental was fine - just a cleaning, though the dentist was muttering about replacing some fillings soon.

Nice day today for Neko. I agree on not taking chances. If there's one thing I've learned, they WILL do what you are sure they won't!

It's always good when you go for a dental cleaning and checkup and there aren't any surprises. Dentists are forever muttering about replacing old fillings. I just nod and smile, and the old fillings are still intact at the next check up! (gee, I think I'm getting used to nodding and smiling when medical professionals talk to me! )
