I did a mini curve on Patches II today:
AM PS 97, fed Friskies Gave 1.2 units Lantus,
+6 67
PM PS 77, fed Friskies, 1.2 units Lantus
She has been like this for months. If I reduce does here BGs go up.
I adopted here on Jan 20, 2014 from a shelter. When was found abandoned in a apartment in September 2014. The shelter found out she was diabetic ut had not started treatment except for canned food.

Badger, on the other hand is very inconstant. I adopter him last September as a being treated diabetic, The persone did not test BGs at all. This morning his PS was 495 and this evening 283. He is typically on 2 units N and 3.6 units ProZinc twice daily. Without the N he sees a very large post-food spike.

MurrFee is hanging in I am not getting consistent PS BGs in the mid 200's. He is on 13 units Levemir and 8 units BCP PZI twice daily. He eats about 2 1/2 5.5 oz cans a day.

Dulce is doing great. I adopted him in September of last year as a not being treated diabetic with really no history. He was on Lantus for a month before going OTJ.

The above points to say that ECID (each cat is different)

Those are beautiful numbers! If only all diabetic kitties (including your other 3) could be as stable on a fixed dose!

I've got to say - I don't know how you manage 4 diabetic cats, 3 with different insulins and one OTJ. I can't even begin to imagine the level of crazy that must cause for you!!
