Last condo

First morning in the blue! I'll take it As well as no pink... I'm pretty happy with that!

But, alas, still no green. That means increase tomorrow morning, correct?

From the TR Protocol guidelines:

Increasing the dose:

• Hold the dose for 3 - 5 days (6 - 10 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are less than 200 before increasing the dose by 0.25 unit.
  • if your cat is new to numbers under 200, it is recommended to hold the dose for at least 8-10 cycles before increasing.
  • when your cat starts to see nadirs under 100, hold the dose for at least 10 cycles before increasing.

• After 3 days (6 consecutive cycles)... if nadirs are greater than 200, but less than 300 increase the dose by 0.25 unit.

• After 3 days (6 consecutive cycles)... if nadirs are greater than 300 increase the dose by 0.5 unit.

When you had her on 2u it took her 8 cycles to settle in and get to 139. I think I'd give her at least 8 cycles before increasing her dose to see if she's going to take that long to get her best numbers on the dose this time too. Some cats take longer to settle into a dose than other cats.

Gotcha! Wasn't sure if I was taking too long between dose increases so wanted to make sure I am on top of it She shall be an 8 cycle kitty. Thanks!!!

I cannot thank you enough for getting back to me about her potential increase. We saw her first green today and if we upped her dose this morning, her numbers might not have looked as good. You are the best!
