Sammy is the same way so it freaks me out a bit when I see him drinking more than normal, but Sammy also has kidney issues, so his increased consumption can also be that problem. But with the warmer weather maybe Liz is drinking more.

My vet said a sure sign of bladder infection is if the urine outputs are small and frequent.

hmmm....the two urine outputs from the night seemed to be one time each, but a lot. Litter is a little low, so that might make it look like more, too.

It's definitely gotten warm/hot here!

What an awesome BG on the AlphaTrak. Way to go Elizabeth. Hope the water intake situation is nothing to be concerned about.

Happy Day 6!

Happy Day Six! :D:D:D:D:D:D Maybe the normal BG is creating more normal urine output? Max used to go twice a day.

Go Elizabeth! Great numbers for Day 6!:D:D

Neko was drinking a bit more and when I talked to her vet about it, she mentioned that a number of her kitty patients had been drinking a bit more in the last couple of weeks due to the warmer weather. Just keep an eye on it, and if it continues, then might be worth a vet visit.

WOO-HOO on Day 6!
