Last night we had a very enjoyable family dinner at Manly Beach overlooking the ocean.
I was 20 minutes late with PMPS and Sheba was waiting for me when we returned. I was expecting a good night's sleep but Sheba had other plans.
PMPS 178
+3.5 270
+5 113
+5.5 77
+6 50
+6.25 47
+6.5 54
+7 50
+7.5 50
+8 50
+9 50
AMPS 205
I fed some HC food from +5.5 to +6.25 to try and slow the drop. I should have started earlier at +5 (although the damage was probably done by then), but my brain was not functioning properly
(it was 1 am and I had woken from a deep sleep). I suppose she will have another bounce after this.
With the AMPS at 205 she has probably started the bounce
At +9 with the number at still 50, I fed some HC (to help bring up before AMPS) and went to bed.
I found I couldn't sleep in between tests last night. Not because I was anxious about the numbers but just couldn't settle enough to fall asleep. I feel spaced out this morning with so little sleep and will try and sneak a couple of hours somewhere.
Good call on staying with the same dose insulin Wendy and Chris!
