Max did eat whatever was left in his dish around +9 but it doesn't seem to have effected his morning number. He wanted more food way before amps so I listened to him talk and holler at me. I'm still surprised that he doesn't get on the bed to try and get some action.

So far he's holding but I really took a tiny reduction.

Too early to know what kind of a day we will have with my mom. The CG just asked for the day off as she is moving today. Hopefully Max won't go too low so I can get over to the house as early as possible to help my sis. Thanks for asking Julie. I"m going to head to the gym for a quick class and be back by +4.

Curious about the yelling, but not the more intrusive jump-on-the-bed and poke, poke, poke. None of my current crew gets on the bed to get me up and moving. They do circle the bed screaming at me, though.

My previous dog, Bud, when he was young and strong (65#) would jump on the bed, jump around, and bark in my face. It worked! I prefer the screaming from floor level.

Max looks great today! Fingers crossed that he continues to hold this reduction. Even if it was just a small reduction, it's progress in my book. That's interesting on him meowing but not jumping on the bed to tell you he wants early breffis. Maybe he's just got you trained well, Elise. Hope things go OK with DM today.

Thanks for stopping by Chris, Laura, Jen, and Carla. Jen, he actually doesn't have me trained. I end up having to lay in bed and ignore him, sometimes for as much as an hour before I can feed the devil.
What he does have me trained with is not only giving him a fd treat or two after each poke but putting the crushed on top of his food. If I don't, he won't touch his food at pmps, LOL.

I think I must have gotten a bad strip. That +3 didn't make sense. I guess I should have used a second one. I questioned it at the time but thought he was just having an "off" night but this +5.5 makes a lot more sense with what's been going on lately.
