+3 - 20g Evo 95% C&T & water
+10 - 16g Evo 95% C&T

WCR: A week's passed already. I can't believe that it's Day 7 on the Trial period. Wow! I don't know what I'd do with myself if I didn't poke her on a daily basis. LOL Just kidding. I won't miss it, that's for sure. I'm pretty sure that I'll pop in to "see" you folks and give you an update on her :D

Last night, my husband was telling me that if I wasn't feeding her, she'd starve. In the beginning, she'd always be there if someone tossed their meal, and would try to invade the others' meals while they were eating. Now, she simply walks on by them, and their dishes without a second glance, or a sniff for that matter.

Stay safe, and warm, please. Especially those that live up north. We've just been hit with another round of winter weather... Very cold this morning... About 27, and the wind chills are in the low teens. I'm NOT looking forward to going out to feed my horse, but she needs to be taken care of, also.

Sending tons of healing vines, positive thoughts and prayers to whoever needs them.

MY WISH: For God to help heal the broken hearts of those who lost a beloved pet and/or human... For God to help those ailing make a full and speedy recovery... For everyone, including Blackie, to have great #s... For everyone, including Blackie, to be permanently OTJ.

Go Blackie! We are all so excited that your trial is going well.

Hi Angela, I hope your weather gets warmer soon. (I hope ours does, too! -15 this morning here). Have a fine day!

Hugs and scritches,

Ella & Rusty

Thank you, ladies. Ella, loving those green smiles! :D Thank you!

This is bittersweet since I've been here for so long. Frankly, I keep pinching myself to make sure that this IS real. I've wanted her to get to this point for so long that as time went on I felt that we weren't going to get to this point. Now that we're here, I'm still on cautious mode, if you know what I mean. I told hubby last night that the higher #s were normal the other day. He said, "So, it wasn't me then that raised her #s." I replied, "No, apparently these #s can happen, and not to fret about them. It's totally normal." I won't fret... I won't fret... LOL

Congratulations you are halfway there. This is so amazing, you give us all hope!

Beautiful numbers :D GO BLACKIE - halfway there already!!! :D :D :D

And wow - after needing insulin for so long to be doing so well without it now. What an inspiration to other kitties on insulin long-term. And your dedication in getting her to this point is amazing! :D
