Noticed some dried vomit before I left the house today, there wasn't a substantial amount (of course it was on my laptop and new couch, had to have happened overnight). It was very thin, had some fur and wasn't her food, bile maybe? It definitely wasn't her throwing up the food she'd just eaten like her Saturday scarf''n'barf episode. I'm emailing her vet today, but any thoughts on this paired with the diarrhea that she's had the past two days?

Edit: More diarrhea between +4-10, this time with some formed stool. Because paranoia makes you do gross things, I took a look at it. Light in color, no blood, seems like maybe there was fur packed in the formed pieces. Wondering if increasing the hairball remedy (has psyllium and SEB) will help clear it all up. Still waiting to hear from her vet. I think I'll order some FortiFlora today.
She didn't finish all of the 1.5oz I left for her before work, maybe 75%? Whatever is going on may be making her nauseous, though the only real sign of that is licking her lips after she eats. Thinking about poo and puke this much is gross.
Behavior is otherwise pretty normal, in fact, she just jumped up onto my counter height dining room table! She couldn't even jump on my bed a month ago!

Whatever is upsetting her gut may be involved with her high numbers. Nevertheless, you've got 6 cycles at 0.75u and just one spot of blue. I'd go ahead and increase her dose by 0.25u.

Per the guidelines:

Increasing the dose:
  • Hold the dose for 3 - 5 days (6 - 10 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are less than 200 before increasing the dose by 0.25 unit.
    • if your cat is new to numbers under 200, it is recommended to hold the dose for at least 8-10 cycles before increasing.
    • when your cat starts to see nadirs under 100, hold the dose for at least 10 cycles before increasing.
  • After 3 days (6 consecutive cycles)... if nadirs are greater than 200, but less than 300 increase the dose by 0.25 unit.
  • After 3 days (6 consecutive cycles)... if nadirs are greater than 300 increase the dose by 0.5 unit.
Hope you can get to the bottom of what's upsetting her, poor little sweetheart! Great to hear she's jumping up on again - that's a great sign!

I already gave .75U, should I just give another shot or let it go for tonight?

Edit: I think I'll just let it go... no way of making sure the .25u would be exactly the difference to 1U with the dose I gave already. I can increase tomorrow.
