So my kitty Sonny has been on insulin now for 5 days He's been doing well and his appetite has come back. Today he vomited - should I be worried or wait and see?

Cats vomit all the time, I would just wait and see.

I'd strongly recommend observing the circumstances that precede the vomiting bouts. In particular, I'd recommend getting timings on what you fed before the vomiting incident occurred and also how much time elapsed between the last feed and the vomiting incident. It's definitely not something to ignore.

Silly me... Forgot your kitty is on insulin, of course it matters that he threw up, especially the timing of it; pre-shot, post-shot, etc.

If I'm anything to go by, it goes with the territory. I have lost count of the times I've wished that Saoirse could speak to tell me how I might help her better...

Sorry, still all new to me and not very tech savvy. I added things to my signature, hope that helps.
Was sick twice yesterday, first time 7 hours after dose and then again 3 hours after dose. Nothing today, keeping fingers crossed. Otherwise acting fine.

Has he been tested for hyperthyroidism? Probably a long shot but my kitty vomiting bile and food ended up being hyperthyroidism.
