YESTERDAY:
http://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB/...5-71-7-76-pmps146-2-5-102-4-88-5-5-94.133379/

I heard Max eating about 1/2 an hour before amps so that might account for a little of the higher number. He was already 94 by +6 so maybe not. I gave him some Gerbers this morning because it was open so he might have a bigger food spike and the bubble looked a little bigger than usual so today might become a save a strip day.

Vines and prayers to all in need. I'm hoping Amy's DF doesn't have any ill effects from his chemo and that Tricia's kitties are doing well this morning and eating well.

Looks like another beautiful cycle for Max - hope he is feeling better! Doesn't look like any food spike with the Gerbers to me! Is he off the ondansetron for now? Hope your mom is doing good too- thanks for your PM last night Elise- I am a lifelong insomniac as well.

Good slide down for Max! Still dealing with the stoopid bubbles huh? I think I have finally won the battle with them since I switched to the pens..dont know why or how, just know that I can get rid of them easier now.:)

The bubbles with the pens are worse for me but it might also be the terumos which I love otherwise.

Nice of Max to consider your finances and let you save on those wretched strips. I can't believe how many we've gone through in the past few weeks, but I wouldn't trade one single green for the cost of a box!

Looks like Max is enjoying a Friday night swim. Cinco doesn't look like he's going to make it tonight, but I'm sure there'll be other kitties to keep him company.

I think you know, I'm nocturnal, so if you need someone to chat with late at night, I'm in the same time zone! ;)

In regard to the air bubbles, have you tried sucking in a little extra air after you have drawn the dose and then doing the flick? Any air bubbles in the dose get stuck to the extra air you've drawn in and it's all expelled as one nice lump. At least it is with the BDs, I haven't used the terumos before.

Max is looking deliciously green as always :D

I have! I waste a lot of insulin trying at times. I always end up with one bubble that varies in size. I didn't notice it with the relions but the hub in those caused way too big a difference in dosing. Nobody else seems to have the issue all the time like I do. I've accepted it and try and figure the bubble into my dosing. Thanks for the suggestion, Serrlyn.
