Surprise, finally AMPS in 200s.
I didn't check after +6 as he was snuggled in bed between hubby and I for the first time in weeks.
Will get a +3

I am not 100% sure, but can you still fast track if you are seeing numbers in the 100's?

ETA: According to the protocol you want to wait 8-10 cycles to increase once they start seeing blue so I'm not saying you should increase then - just review.

I always look back to the protocol and then compare with what's being seen on the spreadsheet:

Increasing the dose:

• Hold the dose for 3 - 5 days (6 - 10 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are less than 200 before increasing the dose by 0.25 unit.
  • if your cat is new to numbers under 200, it is recommended to hold the dose for at least 8-10 cycles before increasing.
  • when your cat starts to see nadirs under 100, hold the dose for at least 10 cycles before increasing.

• After 3 days (6 consecutive cycles)... if nadirs are greater than 200, but less than 300 increase the dose by 0.25 unit.

• After 3 days (6 consecutive cycles)... if nadirs are greater than 300 increase the dose by 0.5 unit.

You've got almost all nadirs in the 200's with just the one still fairly high blue. I would hold this dose for 6 cycles, and unless you see a substantial change, I'd go ahead and increase after that point to 2.5u.
