WCR: Most Ps in place. Lots of snuggles from my girl. Appy is ok. Both of us are dealing with nasty sinus issues. I ended up not soaking her toe last night because the toenail itself is looking good. I still think there's something wrong with the actual toe, but I don't know and she's still walking fine (mostly) and jumping up on her couches and bed and such. Last night, she did give me a small scare...as she was walking into the living room, I noticed that she lost her balance and almost fell over. That's not like her. I didn't see her do that again, but still...I'm watching like a hawk. Hope everyone has a wonderful Friday with happy, healthy kitties!

I noticed that she lost her balance and almost fell over.

I hope that was just a fluke. Maybe her toe was bothering her? I hope you both get over your sinus issues soon.

I was looking at Shasta's profile and thinking how beautiful she is, and then I saw Hamlet - I want one of those kisses boy!

In a weird sort of way it's kind of cute that you and Shasta share sinus issues, better if you shared not having them of course but still, kind of cute.

In regard to the loss of balance it could just be an older cat thing, I guess with her it's more likely to be her toe, but Vyktor has a bit of a wobble here and there these days and I've seen him fall too, particularly if he's concentrating on something else. It concerned me the first times I saw it but I've realised his little back legs just aren't as strong as they used to be - of course it doesn't help that he doesn't exercise!
