I LOVE it!! Thank you so much for putting this together. Henry is very excited to join his friends at the Falls!

And I said it in my latest condo, but it bears repeating here: thanks to everyone who helped us get here. Your experience, knowledge, and support gave me the courage to ignore my vet (which was hard, because I really like her) and get Henry on this path. Less than a month on insulin: I'd never have believed it when he was first diagnosed and I was so scared and overwhelmed. Thank you, thank you, thank you! :bighug: Now let's party!

Appetizers: Tennessee Microbrews; Sourmash Cocktails; Niptinis; Shrimp Cocktail; Hot Tuna Dip on Nip Crackers; Spicy Fried Green Tomatoes; Balsamic Pickled Eggs; Assorted Paw Prints Pizzas; Sushi Bar manned by L&L Sushi Chefs Neko and Tess.

Entrees: Southern Possum Pie; Memphis Pulled Pork Barbeque; Catnip-Stuffed Boneless Quail; Chef Mannie's Renowned PNW Poached Sockeye Salmon with Catnip Mayo; Chef Rusty's Thunderin' Bison Chili with Fresh Salsa; Brunswick Stew.

Salads: Butthead's & Donny's Tennessee Field Greens with Fresh Grass Clippings; Confetti Slaw.

Desserts: Elvis Upsidedown Cake (to be invented on the spot by the Chef); Maggie's Signature Cheesecakes with Peaches; L&L Chief Pastry Chef Tess's Special Dessert (see above); Tobey's Cimmamum Cookies; Chef Stu's World Famous Catmint Parfaits.

Might we suggest peanut butter, banana, and bacon as ingredients for the Elvis Upside-down Cake?:cool: Henry is putting on his Russian Blue Suede Shoes.

He was such a little stinker! Thank you for your amazingly clear explanations (seriously, you have a gift) as we got our bearings here, and for bringing out the wooties to cheer us along during the trial!
