2.11 Magnolia AMPS 277

WCR: Furry, Purry, Lovey. 5 P's are good. I've noticed that her eyes water a lot when she eats. It's been going on for a while, but I have noticed it more lately.

She woke me up at 2:45am. It freaked me out a bit, I thought maybe she was low, but the reading was 95. I also waited for her to hear her feeder turn at 3am, but she didn't. I had to walk her downstairs and show her that the food was there. I don't know how you folks do it, the waking up in the middle of the night to get BG checks. I will need a vat of coffee to become human today! I'm going to start moving her shot time back to see if that will help. But I can't move it too early as I teach 2 night classes.

This is only the second day using the timed feeder. So far, I don't think she gets it. She still woke DH up at 6:30am for breakfast, even though the food was already there. Maybe it will take her a few more days to get used to it. Even though I'm home today, I might load it up with food and let it feed her all day.

i really did not mean to alarm you yesterday and I'm sorry if you received it that way. We encourage people to visit each other, and we all learn from each other, so I was extra careful that's all. All is good and Magnolia had a yellow to green day! :mrgreen: Lovely!!!

i love my timed feeder (technically, though I don't eat from it ) I don't hear it anymore but someone in this house has bionic ears and runs when fresh food is being served at the snack machine!

No worries Helene, I'm easily alarmed lately. There's no need to apologize. Thank you for trying to help and there's nothing wrong with caution. I think I'm a bit more on edge because all of these things happening with Magnolia are brand new and I'm constantly second-guessing myself.

Like I said, I don't know where I'd be without all of the lovelies in LL.

She was extra cuddly tonight. She was on top of me from the moment I walked in the door. I was gone most of the day.

She still hasn't caught on to the auto feeder. When I got home at +9, the food was untouched and she was STARVING. I hope she catches on soon. I fed her a half a spoon of LC at +9, just because she was frantic. The PMPS may have a food spike, but up until last week, I regularly fed at +10.

This could be NDW. This is only cycle 4 on the new dose. I have to go to TBP for a few hours tomorrow but will be home most of the day otherwise.
