Yesterday’s Condo
Prayers of thanksgiving for all our blessings, with FDBM right at the top of the list with family and kitties. Prayers for healing, strength and comfort for those in need today.

Yesterday was a day of perspective. Since I was elbow deep in Thanksgiving prep, DH had testing duty. At +4 he brought me the meter, with a strange look on his face. It said 494
. When I caught my breath, I told him to go get another. This time the look on his face was much different, as was the meter display, 304 :razz: . A couple of weeks ago, before we changed meters, we were accustomed to seeing yellow numbers. We weren’t content with those numbers, but used to them. At that point a 304 would have been a cause for some concern. Yesterday, after seeing the hokey 494, 304 felt like a cause for celebration. I must keep reminding myself it really is all about the WCR, the numbers are a reference point, only part of the picture. That being said, please note the lovely yellow +3.5 and the still sort of yellow an hour later! :razz:
As the day moves on towards family time, I won't be able to do much condo visiting, but you are all in my heart today.
