Good Morning!!

J.D. was 428 when I went to bed, and I did not get up to test at all last night.
He ate his breffis, and seems fine.

I'm going btb for a while. I so enjoy the quietness of a blanket of snow.

Happy Caturday Dyana. Enjoy your btb'ing. OOOOOHHHH nothing like a blanket of fresh snow - all these condos this morning saying about snow are making me more and more homesick. I used to love waking up to the quiet of the snow. It's just so pretty and peaceful. Very nice start to the day JD

We just got back from our 4th walk so far, outdoors.

Either the R was a fur shot, or we're fighting one heck of a bounce. I guess I should have done a middle of the night test, but I didn't.
When can I give more R? It has been 1 hour and 45 minutes since the 0.10 of R was given, and he's gone up 65 points in that time.

The first shot of R must have been a fur shot, because there was absolutely no reaction. And he usually goes down 150 points or so with a 0.10 dose. It is very hard to measure the teeny dose, and air bubbles in the syringe are hard to see when measuring that teensy bit.

I just gave him 0.20 of R (I think :roll, 15 minutes ago. Hopefully that will set him up for the Lantus dose this evening.
He is feeling pretty good. Just ate, and went outside for a bit. It is soo cold outside, and my cats want to be out there :roll: Ginger, the huntress, was sitting on a shoveled step, watching some birds inside a snow covered bush about 6 inches in front of her nose. All excited and getting ready to pounce. Little did she know how deep the snow was on the other side of that cement step. I called them in before she dived in.
J.D. is now scratching at the back of my chair, cause he wants my attention away from the puter.

He was back up to 393 at +11. The BG may have something to do with the 6 year old neighbor girl dancing around with him in her arms. He runs from her when he sees her, but yet, becomes a rag doll in her arms. Anyway, she likes to help me test. I poke and she dips the strip.
I decided to shoot at +11.75, because he was so high. I give up on the R. His liver won again.
