What a nice blue day yesterday for Mannie. :-D Not too crazy about the visit to the pink floor this morning, however. :roll: Guess we shall see how the day pans out. :-D Jury is still out on the dose reduction - we've had some greens (one due I'm sure to shed action), but not as many as when we were on 3.5u. well, maybe give it a few more cycles and see how it goes.

Mannie is good this morning - his usual cuddly purring self. We've secured the interior, look at the exterior: wet out there this morning. And I swear I could see that biggest sigh from him when he saw how wet it all was. No grass rolling chewing or rubbing this morning. :lol: Well he probably would go - if I let him. Not too sure I want to deal with a wet soggy muddy paws cat when he returns. badddddd momma!

I swear this week was not meant to be a hiking week for me - with a 377 this morning I could have gone. oh sure - one look at the weather and the radar and the cams and it is a downpour up in them thar hills. :lol: :lol: :lol: maybe next week. Instead it will be an errand day: shopping, new phones store (another longgggggggg story), frame store (for frames long overdue for some prints), research on new thermal windows (I'm tired of all the brrrrrrrrrrrr coming on from the basement ancients down there from 1960), AND: good coffee!!(first on the list).

Sometimes rainy days are welcome cause it forces you to do some of the stuff that you've been putting off. But, I'd rather save those rainy days when it is 40 outside and I really didn't want to be out there anyways. I hope Mannie decides to take a hike - a hike on down to the Blue Ridge ...

Aah, hiking in the sunshine is overrated anyway. It's more fun to dash through raindrops to shop for windows and other goodies. :-D

Tess - It's really scary! My bean says she saw this guy on the trails a while back and he had his kitty with him :shock: in a harness :shock: :shock: and a leash :shock: :shock: :shock: and boots :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: BOOTS!?!?! and she says maybe I could do that. WHAT???? What is all this about the blue ridge??? :? :o :? :roll: help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! uhhhhh --- though maybe it would be kinda cool, being on the blue ridge and all - all those sniffs and stuff. no wait!! Hey Mannie, I did get a green today, but it didn't last very long. My mamabean says I have pink bookends. What do you think she means by that? Michelle, your shopping day sounded exhausting. Much better to hike in the rain!! We had a gorgeous day here and I had to go to Plattsburgh!!! But I got the allergy Pill Pockets, a case of Wellness Turkey, and a nifty new metal litter scoop. Hope you have better luck tomorrow with the weather.

Hi all! Barb - I think I would have a revolt on my hands if I put Mannie in one of those. :lol: :lol: But I do like them so much better than the harnesses. The boy had better buckle up if he wants to see the blue ridge. I had a cat once who could get out of them no matter how cinched up they were. He could roll his shoulders just so, and out he went. Choice!

Hey Ella - I should have gone hiking! The shopping stuff was a pain and exhausting. Got the new phones - a satellite system. We have a short somewhere in the phone lines in the house - darn phone folks can't seam to pinpoint it, so rather than spend the $$$$ to find it I opted to hook our phones up the the cable internet stuff, and bypass the lines. However that requires the use of a hub with satellite type of system. anyways - got that, found some frames, which I discovered when I got home won't work cat(2)_steam and now I have to take then back!, never did the window stuff, but made DARN sure that the coffee item was done, and the shopping since I want to eat. :lol: What a day - would have been a heck of alot more FUN to hike in the rain - which btw I never mind.

STU!!! DUDE!!! I got these red things with holes in them - they are so weird.... my bean says they are cubes to play and sleep in. confused_cat huh? I'm not too sure, but hey they are MINE and i will claim my stuff. SHessshhhh - you have pink bookends confused_cat and I got red holey squares. confused_cat I dunno what is up - it's all so weird. Michelle, my little white doggy, Becky was a Houdini. There wasn't a harness she couldn't get out of. Once in PetsMart, a manager was all full of herself and told my DD and me, SHE could fit the dog properly, so she couldn't get out. Bahahahahaha, she fitted my girl in the thing, and Becky promptly did a bow, and wiggled her shoulders right out of the thing and just backed out of it. Hehehe.

I like the kitty holster cause it wraps around the cat and closes very securely with WIDE velcro strips. It doesn't grab under the armpits, like the leather ones did. Now my DD ordered one for her cats, only to find it didn't fit around her chubs. :lol:

What was the question again? :lol:
