I don't know why he went up 160 points in the last 90 minutes :roll:
He seems fine. Cuddily in bed, ate his breakfast, and is laying in his favorite spot. Ginger was playing with a toy in her new pop-open-soft-crate and J.D. went up to check out the action and he was making funny cute noises to her. :-D
That's enough J.D., come on down now.

Oh, Yucky, JD, that is not a very nice number!! You need to listen to your mum and come down from there this instant!

Jeez, Dyana, I bet that was a shocker for you! I hope that whatever this is from goes away and JD gets some nice lower numbers. Just wondering tho, did you retest to make sure it wasn't a fluke? I'm sure you did, but can't hurt to ask, I say.

Maybe it was a food spike, hopefully you'll see some better numbers as the day goes on.

I thought about feeding him in the middle of the night when he was 146, but didn't (I don't think :roll: )
This could be a delayed bounce from the 40 he had on Saturday. He does do delayed bounces.
I won't be home again until PMPS. By that time, if he's still astronomical, I'll give him some R to come down.
I wouldn't give R because I'm leaving for the day, anyway, but it usually doesn't do much good, when he's first climbing, and I think he just started climbing at +10.5 (243).

That is not the usual progression of numbers J.D..... 243 to a 401? :shock: Nah....not so usual.
If you are looking for Shadow on the Red floor, he is not there today....so come on down cause it's lonely up there boy!
You can do this....back down to nicer numbers, k?

Much better. Come on Yellow, I say half heartedly. 326 is "normal" for J.D. Ahh !! I'm going to the pool for a swim.

Well, Dyana, I can see why you wouldn't want to test again, it's always a 50/50 chance the first one will be either higher or lower....and at 401, I wouldn't want to see a higher number either. I'm going to say that the +1 may be a food spike, tho. PMPS not to bad, but I wish it was a lot lower. Poor JD...Poor Dyana...but glad to see that Ginger is doing good and is happy in her new pop up tent!!

at least J.D. is back to normal #'s but I bet he can do better. Lets see some yellow tonight.
 
I was very leary about giving him some R tonight. I listened to my gut an it said "don't", and I went against what it said when I got the +1...I shouldn't have tested him at plus 1 and just listened to my gut. Anyway, after the 363, I gave him some R.
Hope I (he) don't have to pay the consequences tomorrow. I put a can of 8% FF (in a bowl) in the freezer to leave out for him tomorrow, just in case. nailbite_smile

I wish it was the weekend already.
