6/28 Alex AMPS 398,+1-361+4-100,+7-67,+9-135

Alex is doing A OK today. He's got on his purry pants for sure. Still hoping for his evil PS numbers to get lower but as long as he smells ok and is happy, then I'm happy.

This evening my other little guy, Jackson, goes to the vet to have his cyst checked out again and I guess to determine whether or not he is having surgery. He's also having blood tests because he's been drinking water like a fiend an peeing like a racehorse. I know it's not diabetes.... I hope that being on Alex's protein diet hasn't hurt Jackson's kidneys.... nailbite_smile (temping at vets office has made me hear too much for my own good..ie...a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing) :? Maybe he's hyper-t too? He IS Alex's brother :-| I guess I'' find out soon enough...gulp

Back to Alex..all p's are in order and he and Jacky are taking naps right now.

Hey Caryl, just wanted to say Hi. It isn't too often that I have the time to sit down and read the condos. Meadow and I and the rest of my crew are spending time in the a/c just relaxing. Glad to hear Alex is doing ok. I'd like Meadow's PS bg's to be lower too, so I guess we both have to just hang in there and keep working at it. ;-)
Good luck with Jackson too. Hope his labwork doesn't show anything serious and that the cyst is a benign thing.

Thanks! His blood comes back tomorrow but as of now the cyst seems to be going away on it's own again and no surgery! :mrgreen:

Jackson's cyst seems to be getting better on it's own for a second time and WHEW...no surgery needed for a second time
Just need to wait for blood work tomorrow...thanks for dropping by. I know what you mean about busy and the condos..happens to me all the time even though I always mean to

Could it be the threat of surgery scares it down to size! ;-)

And what's what the numbahs - I guess this is what you were telling me yesterday...yikes - if only he could just stay down here - the ground floor is fun ya know.
