Good Morning. I don't know this for sure, but J.D. may have gotten into some illegal cat treats last night.
This morning I was sitting on the couch and J.D. jumped onto the coffee table (which he does a lot of these days) because that's where I keep his after test cat treats. Ginger mostly gets illegal cat treats, because that saves me a little money. Because J.D. is so big, he often knocks things off of the coffee table. This morning he knocked off some stuff and I saw him on the floor with his mouth in the canister of illegal cats treats. In my just woke up morning foggyness, I thought "that's okay, the lid is on". But he kept doing it. Curious. Well, upon closer inspection, the lid as off and I still haven't found the lid and there were only a few treats left in the bottom of the canister. Maybe, J.D.'s rebound wouldn't have been so red this morning :?: who knows.

On a brighter note, both cats ate their breakfast, and are hoping I will let them outside.

J.D must have thought he hit the treat jackpot...and with you not telling him no..lol Im sure the high numbers will clear quickly.

What a sneaky character he is....and now the lid is missing...does he really think that you will put the forbidden treats in something that has no lid? :lol: that would make it so much easier for him Mama....
Well, he is something else! There is no curing the carbo freaks. They will go for it at every chance....

what a sly devil! They're so smart and sneaky. Makes me giggle, not that, that AMPS is anything to laugh about. I hope J.D. clears this rebound soon.

What a clever boy! Of course, between giggles, I'd want to kill him but you gotta appreciate a smart cat who, apparently, has opposable thumbs.

Well at least there is never a dull moment.

Sara eats her good treats when I give them to her after test. I put a bottle of Sara treats in the cabinet next to the bad treats for the other cats. She sits right in the corner where they are and when my DH gives her one of her treats she won't eat it. She knows the good ones are in there. These cats are just to smart.

BTW I have to give Sara her pill in a pillpocket now. She smartened up on that one.

That's a nice little drop at +3.5. The kitties just finished eating their 3rd dinner tonight, after coming home friom a nice medium size walk around the condo complex. I did notice when we were close to home that J.D. was panting a little bit. I hope it's just the heat, and not his heart or something. I'll have to let the vet know about that when he gets his bi-annual check up next month.
