1/6 Bee AMPS~291 dosecrease today

Good morning everyone!!

Yawn...It's a day off for the bean & the kitties let me sleep in a little bit.
Found them both looking out the window from their fav chair, soaking in the Florida sunshine.

WCR: Bee is back to her last good dose of .5. She just surfed the yellows at .25. We want our blues & greens back!! She is otherwise doing grrreat! Lots of energy & has put some weight back on her skinny little self. AND no liquipoo for 2 days now. :mrgreen: I took she off the 9 Lives & she's only eating Cowboy Cookout & Wellness now. Seems her bod doesn't like the cheap stuff! :lol: Whatever it takes, Bee.

Will take extra tests to monitor her new dose. Show me some blues today Bee!

Yes, some nice blues would be good, nice low blues actually. Then creep into some greens too while you're at it!

Aww, so glad to hear that Bee is looking better and happy. Funny about that food. Gayle/Shadoe was explaining that kitties only have about 500 taste buds compared to a human's 5000 or so.

So why are kitties so durn picky? I give the 'less expensive' stuff to a family of ferals outside and one day I ran out so I gave them FF... just once and now they turn their noses up at the Friskies. Gee whiz. But I'm not a push over... they do eat it eventually since they get kind of hungry otherwise. (I'm so mean, ha,ha!)

I did the same thing with the ferals in my old neighborhood, Carolyn. That's how I ended up with Harpo, my now INSIDE kitty. :mrgreen: I just can't ignore a starving little face!!

That's a nice, slow descent - well, at least so far. After all, it's only +1.

It's been great to see Bee drop her numbers today...a bit of relief for the ol pancreas! Just got her PM dose, so we're ready for round two! :mrgreen:
We've also got a nice curve going. Will keep it up until one of us poops out. Guess who??

This is pretty common with IBD kitties. Many of them just don't do well with the combined protein sources, dyes, and by-products that some of the cheaper brands have. Happy to hear that her poo is getting back to normal! :smile:
