Did anyone use any other B12 (methyl form) supplements besides Zobaline? My cat goes through the bottle pretty fast (less than a month) and its starting to get a bit expensive.

How much are you giving?. When Smokey improved I gave it once a day. I did try a human all natural brand. Funny how Smokey wouldn't eat his meal that had it in there. But he would eat the meal with the Zobaline.

We had a very bad episode about two-three months ago so I was giving Bailey 2 in the morning and 1 at night (Zobaline) and later on - one and one. So we went through 60 pills quite fast. Bailey has kidney failure as well and it might affect his nerves as well, I do believe he needs 1 tablet twice a day.
What was the human form you were giving to Smokey?

I think it was Suncoast or something like that. I ended up taking it myself. At the time I got it it was buy one get one free. Can't beat that price.

Another member here turned me onto this cheaper alternative and seems equal to zobaline with no fillers/binders:

2 of these sprinkled over his food: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008NIHCZC/?tag=felinediabetesfdmb-20

with 1 drop of this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VVL6G0A/?tag=felinediabetesfdmb-20
I looked at the B12 caps you posted and it says they have cellulose in it. Does cellulose effect BG levels? Or is it in such a small amount it doesn't matter?

Could someone say more about multiple tablet per day dosing? I thought one a day was sufficient, and that any more would simply be excreted. No?

I was sprinkling Jarrow's B on Java's Fancy Feast, but it's bitter, and may have been a factor in pickiness. I'm liking Zobaline for utter tastelessness, making it easy to get Java to eat a pill pocket split in half, each with half a tab.

Jarrow's B was recc'd at Tanya kidney Cat site fyi. It's a human dose so you have to open it up and divide it.

The cellulose is the shell part which is thrown out if you open them up and sprinkle the powder into the food.

It says "Cellulose, modified cellulose (vegetarian capsule)" so that made me think that it was more than just the capsule. I could call the company to make sure if I decide to get them. I tried ordering on amazon but it's an "add on" item so you can't just buy that alone. Odd but whatever. I'll just wait until I have another item to order from amazon. They were available to buy at twice the price from "other sellers".
