Yellow foam

Does anyone know what a kitty throwing up yellow foam means? I gave him some pepcid to calm his tummy. I hope that was the right thing to do. :/

I have had a cat do it once before. I figured it was the same as humans - no food on the stomach = throwing up bile. Pepcid would probably help.
