Xuxu is feeling a lot better, but not because we've figured anything out. He's finished the 10 day course of Panacur. He's still yoyoing from 750, but on a Fat 1.0U, he hasn't dropped below 80. I test him 2 hrs after the Lantus when I can, to make sure it's being absorbed. If he isn't below 700, then I give .5U of R. It's worked out so far, he hasn't gone DKA, and I haven't had to give any karl for 2 weeks. He's eating well and seems happy, wants to interact. His eosinophils dropped on the inhouse blood test, but to make sure, we sent it off to Antech to be sure. obviously it hasn't affected his BG, so many the eoshinophils and BG aren't related in this case.
