Sorry I missed last week! I know Gator in particular is upset. ;)

Would you rather be stranded on an island alone or with someone you hate?

Anyone watch Lost? That's been part of the story this season.

I'm a particularly social person, so I would rather argue with a nemesis every day than be in solitude--I would go completely mad alone after a short time!! Although, perhaps I could domesticate a few of the creatures and have them to talk to--until I had to eat them from starvation---ok, my mind just took an ugly turn

I would be lost without someone to argue with -- but to be trapped, alone, with someone incessantly whiny and negative, well that would be hell too.

Does this island have a wireless connection? And do I get to have a pet?

I'd have to say with someone I hate with the understanding that we're there to pool resources. Don't wanna talk to you, but if you get some weird island flu, I'll make sure you stay hydrated but I expect the same in return. I think I might be overtly practical.

I guess my answer might of the caveat of WHY I hate them. If it was for some really heinous reason, like they killed my cat in cold blood, then that would change things, I'd imagine. Although I could probably kill them on the island and no one would be any wiser...

I would much rather be alone (sounds like a good opportunity to do that meditating I always think about but never do!), but I think for practical purposes I would pick the person I hate. Hopefully we could work through it and find some common ground, or if not, at least agree to work together. Seems like there would be a lot of survival things that you could do better on with 2 people, hate or no hate. Alone, I would probably starve (unless I can have the endless supply of pizza that I think I picked in another game like this.... was that here? If you were on an island and could only get one food for all eternity...?).

I don't think that game was here, but maybe it was. I think I'm forgetting all the crazy questions I've asked. ;)
