Whole Hearted (Petco) chicken with Veggies grain free ( gravy)

I didn’t have my glasses in and I picked up this cat food thinking it was his FF.
He ate eat and was purring the whole time. He are it 5 hours ago and his PM was 115.

It is not listed in Dr. Lisa’s chart. I am certain it is bad
Chicken broth
Chicken
Tapioca Starch
Pea protein
Dried egg product
Carrots
Peas
Tracalcium phosphate
Salt.
Taurine
And a myriad of chemicals.

I give him FF gravy if he gets low and that raises him in 3O minutes, but this did not seem to bother the numbers
Has anyone used this product.
I called Petco and they are clueless
